When you set fps limiter as unlimited in launcher it actually sets to Custom with 30 fps limit. For some reason custom is only a selectable option in game and not in the launcher. If you switch fps limiter to unlimited in game it will work. (funny thing is in launcher it would show up as empty: "< >") #15. < 1 2 >.
