PS4 to PS5 save transfer. I completed Fallen Order on PS4 last year. I fancied giving it another go on my PS5 so I've transferred my save over which has allowed me to start a New Journey+, and all trophies have reset as it does with most games with the PS5 upgrade. I figured I'd be able to grab them all on the New Journey+ save.
I found the solution, what you have to do is enter the folder where the steam games are and copy the one that says Jedi Fallen Order, then look for the folder that says EA Games and paste the Fallen Order folder, it worked for me and it gave me all the achievements that I had pending, I hope it works for you.

Tried a method that actually does re enable origin which allows cloud saves, (it's tricky to setup) and I even deleted all of the cloud saves because I wanted to just start a new game and I turned off the cloud but even with that, it was a fail. So for anyone else that ran into this extremely weird (and probably rare) glitch in the ps+ Cloud saves, at least for Jedi Fallen Order you MUST have the same SAVE FILE from the ps4 that you got the platinum on.
